| By listing your vehicle for sale through Cars.Jo you
acknowledge and agree to that: |
| 1. The vehicle you list for sale is in your possession or you have the right to
sell for the specified party. |
| 2. You are welling to sell the advertised vehicle with the price &
specifications you listed. |
| 3. If you placed a listing with an error, you should correct the issue or
contact Cars.Jo customer service team immediately for
correction. |
| 4. The information you list regarding the vehicle should be correct and
accurate to the best of your knowledge. |
| 5. The information listed regarding the vehicle information or contact
information is your full responsibility, and should there be any discrepancy or
material error, you should contact Cars.Jo customer service
team immediately for correction. |
| 6. For Individual sellers, If the vehicle gets sold before ad ends, you are to
notify Cars.Jo customer service team. |
| 7. Dealers should update the car status to (Sold) through their control panel,
or to notify Cars.Jo customer service team. |
| 8. For dealers, if paid subscription account, will be active as long as your
subscription fee is paid. |
| 9. For individual seller ad, your ad will be active as long as advertisement
period still activate. |
| 10. You are fully responsible on the material posted in your ad and not to post
any material that deviates from the business nature of Cars.jo. |
| 11. Advertiser or subscriber should have all necessary licensig needed to
advertise,sell or rent vehicles,trucks,equipments...etc on this site and
to comply with the kingdoms laws and regulations for such purpose. |
| 12. Cars.Jo has the right to shut down and individual ad
seller or dealer immediately if found in violation such as posting obscene
material, politics or any material that is not related to the business nature
of Cars.Jo , and concerned party may be subject to legal
issues. |
| 13. Cars.Jo has the right to change or add any policy or
setting or modifying Cars.Jo segment pricing at any time and
without prior notice. |
| 14. Dealers can terminate their subscription at any time,
should termination occurs within the first 30 days of subscription, a 50%
refund will be returned.

| 15. General Ads on Cars.Jo Site such as banners, sponsors, or
any other advertisement that is not mentioned in item 13 above are not subject
to any refunds. |
| 16. Cars.jo has the right to change/modify or update
Ads/Banners and subscription pricing and features at any time without any prior
notice as it sees it fit to meet market requirements.

strategic marketing plans as it sees it fit to meet market requirements.
